Aloe Vera: uses and utilities

The pulp or gel of Aloe Vera has been used and is still used in all the cultures of the world, being the plant adaptable to different climates and because its use covers a wide range of utilities, that is, it serves for a lot of things! Long being a magical plant has always helped man to heal from wounds and diseases.
Considered a mere home remedy (in the Western world) until a few decades ago, today there are many scientific studies that support its properties: apart from polysaccharides, amino acids, enzymes, etc. Aloe Vera contains strong proportions of germanium that acts as a purifying filter of the organism, eliminates poisons and waste cells, restructures and revitalizes the bone marrow, reactivates the immune system, stimulates the production of endorphins, which calm the pain.
“All plants that contain germanium have been considered miraculous and are: Aloe Vera, Ging-Seng and Shiitake Mushrooms.”
After having cut and prepared the sheet – you can read about our post: “How to use the fresh leaf of Aloe Vera” – finally we are ready for its use, moving on to practice, let’s give some examples of its utilities.
External use:
to start the Aloe Vera is an efficient help to stop hair loss, for all the vitamins and minerals it brings to your bulbs.
Heals wounds and cuts minimizing the marks. In addition to increasing the skin’s own collagen production, it regenerates the skin actively. This in burns, abrasions, fine and fragile skins.

Obviously it also optimizes against wrinkles and imperfections, that is to say on a cosmetic level where, on the other hand, it must be taken into account that, because it does not contain oils, its gel used alone and in the long term will inevitably dry the skin; In fact, it is moisturizing but not emollient. A bit like washing your hair always and only with water … It will be enough to add oils or alternate their use with them.
It has antiseptic and antibacterial effect on herpes, acne and fungi. Useful in allergies, eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis. Effective on insect bites, jellyfish roses, itching and excess perspiration and oiliness of skin and / or hair … It is soothing on inflamed gums and hemorrhoids, and it comes well on contracted muscles as on headaches …
Internal use:
Optimal to detoxify, purify and strengthen the organism, a natural and balanced multivitamin to defend against flu, colds, infections as well as improving the state of the skin, hair, nails, …
Often almost miraculous in gastritis, heartburn and digestive difficulties. Regenerates intestinal flora resolving dysfunctions such as constipation with immediate effectiveness. It seems to positively influence high cholesterol, diabetes and other organic problems.
“Some people say that it can cure tumors, although clinical studies are contradictory here as in all alternative medicine, due to who knows the real doubts or doubtful interests …”
But yes, it is confirmed that clearly increases the own forces of the organism in the fight against diseases, also the most serious ones and that cleanses the liver of toxins (medicines and others). Not last, it seems that it can soften symptoms of stress and depression.
For the skeptics are too many virtues to believe it; for anyone who has ever tried it is an example of the great and silent perfection with which our Mother Nature has always offered to take care of us, her rebellious children …
Since we are lucky enough to be able to have it in our homes, take advantage of it and know its virtues and how to use it.
